Put The Needs Of Your Team Members First

Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.

by Mike Schwartz

The world of home business is seeing a new breed of people signing up today. These are people that have no prior experience with a home business. Many of these people have had a rough go of it because of the economy and wish to replace their present income.

With thousands of people getting laid off their jobs more people are looking at starting a home business everyday. I talk to these people everyday and there story is the same as mine was a while ago. They have tried businesses online already but can’t understand why they can’t make them work.

We have all been down this path in the begining and it is usually for the same reasons. These programs just don’t give you the training that you need. How can you make a hpme business work if you can’t get the support you will need?

That’s the way most of these programs are. They tell you that you will make a ton of money fast and then get you to join. But what comes after that?

How will you know what the first thing you are suppose to do after you join up? If you don’t have any support you can’t learn what a lead capture page is. You won’t know that writing articles is free and can increase your exposure on the web.

If you have heard about many forms of advertising but can’t tell which ones are worth doing if you are on a budget. When someone joins your business they will expect to get a certain amount of support from you. Even if they have a simple problem don’t make them feel like it is just to small of a problem for them to call you.

Keep in mind that your team members will be the back bone of your business. If you help them as much as possible they will do better in the long run. The way I see it is I hope they can be better at this than I am!

Being the next best thing does not interest me. All I have to do is help my team members be good at this and then I will have success. If your team knows where they are going and are happy then in the end I will become successful!

How To Decide Between Free Or Paid Online Advertising

Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.

by Kylon Trower

You understand that advertising is the key to building a successful online business so you are light years ahead of many of your competitors. Most of your time should be spent (I’d say up to seventy percent) promoting and marketing your business. In the paragraphs that follow, we’ll be looking at which type of advertising is better for you.

Here is my take having used both forms of advertising successfully. There really is no such thing as free advertising. Time is money and you are either going to spend the money upfront or spend the time to make it happen. The real question is how much is your time worth?

Now that you are clear that either way there is a cost involved you must decide how to proceed. Determining how much you time is worth or how much time you have to dedicate to your marketing efforts is the first place to start. Then you must determine your personal ability to carry out certain tasks as well.

Either way there are inherent advantages to any form of marketing you choose to do. The main key should be your marketing effectiveness. Are you getting the results you’re looking for? Advertising without the desired goal of achieving profitable sales will leave you disgusted and eventually put you out of business.

Let’s look at the upside when it comes to free advertising first. Free advertising gives you hands on experience and the necessary background to make more informed decisions when you decide to use paid methods. It also allows you to get a feel for the marketplace and become an expert in areas which drives up your perceived value in the online community as well.

With paid advertising on the other hand, there are also some strong arguments as well. Typically with a paid advertising you can consult with vendors to determine the expected outcome based on their experience. It is leveraged so it saves you time that can be used building your business in other ways.

That brings me to my last point which is tracking. Regardless of the type of advertising you are doing, make sure you are using some type of tracking system to measure your results. Without tracking it is almost impossible to know what’s working and what’s not in your ad campaigns. You could end up spending good money on bad ads and not spending enough on your good ads.

When all is said and done I suggest doing some research to find out which method is right for you. Trying out more than one method is fine but be careful not to become a jack of all trades and master of none. Try to become proficient and achieve results with one form of advertising before jumping to the next. Ultimately, this strategy will prove most beneficial to your long term success.

5 Tips to Make Your Press Release Brilliant

Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.

by Theo McLanahan

Press Releases can help your business gain publicity through the media. Having media attention gives your business credibility. Here are some tips to boost your press release’s appeal.

Use the correct format. Press releases follow a well established format. If you want your release to be read and taken seriously, you need to be sure it is written properly. You should also be sure to double-check the spelling, grammar and punctuation before you submit it.

Keep it clear and to-the-point. Your press release shouldn’t be any longer than two pages. Media outlets receive a lot of releases and they won’t take the time to read a long report. Keeping it clear and concise will let you fit in your important facts without going beyond two pages. And remember to answer the important questions - who, what, why, where, when and how.

What Is The Reader Going To Gain: Give your press releases a call to action. Include something that is going to inspire readers to go to your event, visit your website, attend your grand opening, etc. Writing a blatant ad will be obvious. Incorporate the features and benefits of what you are promoting, and give information on what it will do for your target market.

For example, if you were promoting a new food processor, you need to go beyond just saying it’s smaller and takes up less space than other models. You need to state that the smaller size gives the customer the full power of a larger model, while helping them to save precious counter space in their kitchen.

Make it interesting. If your press release is boring, nobody is going to read past the first couple of lines. Try to find the line between simple facts and excitement. Back to the food processor example, instead of just saying “our new food processor will be available in the spring” try something like “out new space-saving food processor will be available this spring, just in time to help you chop the fresh vegetables you’re growing for your summer salads.”

Remember who your target market is. When you write your press release, make sure you keep your target market in mind. This will help you to focus on what your should include and where you should submit the release. For example, if your press release is health-related, it’s not going to be worth the time to submit it to a travel magazine.

The media won’t run a story on every single press release they receive, but if you follow these steps it’s going to put you above a large percentage of the other releases coming across their desk.

When To Use Free Vs Paid Online Advertising

Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.

by Kylon Trower

The bottom line is that you absolutely have to market and advertise to have success in the online world. If I were to break it down, I would say that seventy to eighty percent of your time should be focused on these activities. The age old question is which is better, paid or free advertising?

Here is my take having used both forms of advertising successfully. There really is no such thing as free advertising. Time is money and you are either going to spend the money upfront or spend the time to make it happen. The real question is how much is your time worth?

Now that you are clear that either way there is a cost involved you must decide how to proceed. Determining how much you time is worth or how much time you have to dedicate to your marketing efforts is the first place to start. Then you must determine your personal ability to carry out certain tasks as well.

There are upsides and downsides to any form of advertising that you do which is why your main focus should be on effectiveness. By this I mean it must work and produce the desired result. Advertising for advertising sake is a recipe for disaster and will leave you burned out and broke.

The advantages of manual (free) advertising based on my experience is it allows you to test your marketing strategies without losing your shirt. There are also many free advertising sources that provide a long term effect like article and video marketing. When considering free methods I would strongly recommend opportunities that are leveraged and provide long term benefits like viral or search engine marketing.

When it comes to automated (paid) advertising I recommend starting small and gradually building up to larger marketing campaigns. This allows you to test the waters and improve your conversion ratios as you go. This will also allow you to accomplish other things in your business while your advertising consistently runs in the background.

Whether paid or free the ideal solution for determining which methods to use is to track your results. Using an online tracking system will allow you to monitor your results which will save you time and money in the short and long run. Knowing which ads are working and which aren’t allows you to make quick decisions when it comes to how you’ll expend your resources.

At the end of the day you must determine which method (paid or free) is right for you. I recommend trying out a few types of both advertising methods and master them before moving on. Spreading yourself too thin will ultimately have an impact on your results as well. Find an advertising method you feel comfortable pursuing and become very proficient is the best way to move forward.

Traffic Gesyer - Video Marketing Free for 30 Days

Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.

by Matthew Loop, DC

It’s smart to begin to dominate your internet niche with video marketing, but there are some major mistakes that you can make early on that jeopardize later successes. Google is a big unpredictable monster, and sometimes you don’t know what you’re going to get.

Video marketing is also hard to predict when you don’t have the experience with it. There are some important guidelines to follow when you’re starting out, and if you do it right the potential is amazing. You can gain wonderful exposure for your chiropractic practice, and simultaneously make other forms of income to add to your prosperity. My students have been making small fortunes for themselves in the past 2 years, and now I’m expanding my teachings so that more than a select few can learn the simple secrets.

Newbie’s to the internet video marketing scene all seem to make the same big mistake. They submit their video to a site like TubeMogul, adding their video onto an enormous pile of similar videos so that it has no legs in search engines. Their videos get totally lost. Traffic Geyser, on the other hand, get’s you to the top of Google in 24 hours and is guaranteed.

For example, lets say you use Traffic Geyser, which submits to over 30 video sharing sites. If Metacafe picks the video up first, it will get indexed with them and their page rank and Alexa rating. At the present time, Metacafe’s Alexa is 132 and their page rank is 7. Automated services typically do not let you select which sites you submit to first, they just blast everything at once.

YouTube, on the other hand, has a page rank of 9 and Alexa of 3. Basically, that means it’s the third most visited site in the world! When you submit through YouTube instead of one of a dumping sites, you’re doing your business a world of good. From there, blast it with Traffic Geyser and watch the profits take-off and the search rankings rise rapidly.

When you start with using YouTube, you can then get Traffic Geyser to up the traffic to your video. You could get more than 60 sites pointing to your video, which is amazing exposure.

In conclusion, the higher page rank and Alexa rating of the video sharing site the more your video will be indexed on search engines the likes of Yahoo, Google, and MSM. When you follow simple guidelines like these you put yourself in a position to earn massive amounts of wealth. You can truly milk the social media marketing world when you know how to do it right. First, you have to beat the competition.

In conclusion, Traffic Geyser is going to be instrumental for your home business and chiropractic practice. This is how you get the big guns. Traffic Geyser has a free 30 day trial right now, so it definitely can’t hurt to give it a shot. This offer is a limited time, so take advantage of it today, and your business will never be the same.

The Simple Truth about Building One Way Links

Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.

by KC Kudra

There are a few things that all successful blogs have in common and what it takes to run a successful blog. This involves knowledge of a simple set of facts that are common to all successful blogs - RSS feeds and one way link building. A not so widely known SEO technique can make mastering these two things extremely easy in your back link strategy.

What makes these little known SEO practices so vital? One way links are crucial to the success of any blog or website for that matter. The simplest and most straightforward approach that is often overlooked by blog owners and webmasters is a dependable blog pinging service. Any one way link building plan should include it as a part of its overall one way link building plans.

Notifying blog search engines, RSS feed aggregators and blog directories that the content on your site has been updated is vital. This lets them know they need to come crawl your site for new content as soon as it is added in return you will instantly get high-end backlinks to your site faster then any other method.

You also gain a secondary benefit when some of their readers directly link to you from their own blogs and websites. This generates an almost viral, targeted and theme appropriate link-building surrogate for your blog that starts to work like an autopilot one-way link builder.

How One Way Links Benefit Your Traffic Strategy

There are a few key traffic tactics you need to understand at work here. One way links coming from authority sites with highly relevant content, high traffic volumes that are highly respected boost your standing with the search engines and their Page Rank calculations. Thus if your site has large numbers of these one way links pointing to it, it will increase your own Page Rank and increase your search engine rank position (SERP). This is much more valuable than a lot of links from low value sites with low traffic volumes.

Although Google doesn’t let out knowledge of just how they create their search algorithms it is widely believed that greater Page Rank named after Google co-founder Larry Page effects natural search engine ranking. The other key reason is many people subscribe to these RSS feed directories and aggregators and they will end up reading your content and a number of these will end up at your site delivering unique traffic directly to your site that would not have come otherwise.

Blog search engines should be central to any link building strategy. Bloggers regularly research on blog search engines and if they discover useful blog posts, they are likely to link to them from their own blogs.

This is also likely to generate comments on your blog, which can start an almost viral community discussing your topic, and bring more people to see what all the talk is about. Among these blog search engines, you will want to make sure you include the following three blog search engines Ice Rocket, Technorati, and. Sphere.

Traffic Generation Techniques

Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.

by Eddie Watkins

The importance of traffic cannot be overemphasized, and traffic generation techniques are of extreme importance to the future of your online business. Why? Because without visitors you might as well have no website at all.

The main reason you have a website is to get traffic. Let’s look at your website as though it was a physical store. It doesn’t matter what your products are, automobiles, books, furniture, or paper plates, if no one enters your place of business, you won’t be open for long. You must advertise your physical store, just as you must promote your online store. Traffic to your website is the same as customer walking in to your restaurant.

If the shoe stores does not have customers comming into the place of business, it will soon shut down, as with your online business if your are not receiving the website traffic that you need. You might be wondering how to go about getting this much needed traffic to your website. We will discuss four different ways of obtaining those visitors.

1. Search engines 2. Online advertising 3. Offline advertising 4. Word of mouth, or buzz advertising.

We are only going to discuss a couple of rarely used and less talked about traffic generation techniques, but they are very useful in obtaining the traffic that you need. You are probably famaliar with the mainstream ways of getting visitors, so we won’t discuss them because we don’t have the room.

Search Engines

This is not about SEO because you will have read all you can about that. It works if you know what you are doing, but generally not if you just follow instructions by rote. However there are ways to use search engines to get to your web pages.

Smart pages is one technique that is used. Smart pages are created using keywords that people use in order to get information on the web. You create as many of these pages as you can using different keywords. Your visitors never see these pages, even though the spider can find these smart pages when they search the web. There is software that you can purchase to create these pages so you won’t end up with duplicate webpages.

When a person does a search using one of the search engines, and they use a certain keyword. The keyword that the individual is looking for has already been indexed with your page connected to that keyword. So you would think that the person would be directed to your indexed page. But they are directed to the landing page that the software has been programmed for. You can create as many of these smart pages as you like, and the visitor is sent to whatever page the software is programmed for.

That is just one of many techniques that can be used to direct search engine users to your website when they are seeking information with which you can provide them.

Online Advertising

When advertising online there are a few option that a person can take advantage of. If you have a Facebook page, you can get free links from it. You can also get free links from your post that you put on Twitter. In my opinion the best priced pay-per-click option that you have is to go with Searchfeed. Searchfeed charges 1 cent for pay-per-click advertising, and that is a great deal compared to Adwords.

Classified Advertising

When advertising any product, any traffic that you can drum up is good traffic. Go to your local free newspaper, put an ad in it advertising your website URL. This has been proven to be a great technique for getting traffic to ones site. Sending out flyers through to mail, you can purchase mailing list on peel and stick labels of people that are interested in online business opportunities. Post cards are a great source of visitors to your website. Sometimes we forget that advertsing offline can be just as rewarding as advertsing online.

Buzz Advertising

Buzz advertising is a good way to promote your products. Get talking about your products and the benefits that they can bring, get your family and friends to do the same get the word out. Wherever you go drop a couple of your business cards, at the doctors office, the car repair place, pin a couple up at your local grocery store. The more your advertising is placed in front of people the more likely they are going to respond to it.

The importance of website traffic to your online business is critical and once you have tried the conventional advertising methods, try some of the traffic generation techniques outlined above: who knows? It might be what is needed to give your traffic a boost.

The importance of traffic cannot be overemphasized, and traffic generation techniques are of extreme importance to the future of your online business. Why? Because without visitors you might as well have no website at all.

A FREE Web Log Can Increase Online Traffic

Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.

by Elizabeth Clark

If you’re just searching the web or have a affiliate website online, guess what? Visitors to your website is very important. Also the websites you visit help the owners get free traffic. Imagine traffic as a major highway full of automobiles searching for a exit. And the exit is your website.

Comcast, MSN, AOL, Qwest and many more networks are the lanes of the Internet highway. Now the millions of cars on this highway are people. These people are looking for favorable exits which are websites and weblogs. And your goal is to make your exit look more favorable to attract as many cars as you can.

I’m going to show you how to increase online traffic FREE. Meaning as in the example above; show you how to make your exit shine brighter than all other exits. Drawling vehicles to your exit. If you’re not familiar with a technique called “keyword optimization” you can spend major dollars alone doing this.

Now remember my friend in no way am I claiming to know all about increasing online traffic to your website. What I do claim to know and share with you is a nontechnological simple systematic method giving you FREE targeted website visitors. I’ll keep this generalized for time constraints but for the smaller details I’ll leave my contact info at the conclusion of this article.

The majority of this information is for affiliate marketers because this is what I do, sale affiliate products. There is usually no startup cost, you receive a free affiliate website, and ClickBank.com has thousands of great products worth selling, check them out.

Now unless you have money for mega advertising that’s good! But for the average affiliate marketer, this is not the case. You see the whole reason behind affiliate marketing is saving time and money! Now here is where your cost comes in, and you’re trying to avoid extra cost, right?

Pay-per click advertising is very effective yet it can cost you as much as $600 annually. You can visit (AdWords.google.com) or (enhance.com) for more pay-per click information. But you’ll need a plan to receive FREE traffic.

The proper keywords should be the beginning of your plan and these keywords should relate to the product you’re trying to promote. Let’s say for example, apples is the product you want to promote. Then the keyword apples would be your “primary” keyword. The keyword apples is extremely competitive for the beginner affiliate marketer. Remember as a beginner you want “less competitive” keywords.

Climbing from the bottom to the top should be your goal when competing for keywords in your particular market. By targeting keywords with 3 or more words describing (apples) is far more effective. Example: (red shiny little Apple) is more effective than the word (apples).

Now there are search engine tools online available to verify if people are searching for your particular product. These tools show you exactly what people are typing into the Google, Yahoo or Alexa search engines when looking for your particular product. So to increase online traffic in the search engines you will need: freekeywords.wordtracker.com

For other free tools simply type into any search engine the words “free keyword tools” with these keyword tools just type in the name of any product you’re trying to promote, and see what people are typing in the search engines to locate your product. Then locate the keyword phrases that best describe your product starting from the bottom.

These are generally called (Long tail keywords). Remember your website success to increase online traffic is all about effective keywords. For more detailed information about the effective use of keywords please visit: goodkeywords.com they have free tools and information.

Finding the right keywords will be fairly easy using these above websites. Now let’s change our ugly affiliate website link to a website link that matches our primary keyword. In our above example (apples) was our primary keyword. And “shiny little red Apple” is our long tail keyword.

Remember affiliate website links don’t look pretty because there are payment code’s embedded in the link. Example: my ClickBank.com affiliate link looks like this:http://candyc77.apples.hop.clickbank.net my paid code identifier is candyc77. This doesn’t look good. But to get paid I need this link!

By going to this website: http://www.shorturl.com and paying only $1.88 for the entire year; your affiliate website can look like this: Apples.2fortune.com this looks more professional to your prospects.

Now by following all of my above advice and using the proper (long tail keywords) for your product; let’s find the best traffic vehicle to push your new affiliate website higher in search engine rankings. And this vehicle is a web blog better known as Web log. You can get this free powerful website booster at: www.blogger.com or WordPress.com.

I don’t have time to explain the awesome advantages of using a Web blog instead of a website promote your affiliate products. The RSS feed advantages are tremendous and you can learn more at whatever Web blog site you choose to join above.

Just remember it’s easy because it’s already installed and search engines LOVE RSS feed. Now once your new blog is set up you want to talk about your affiliate product using your primary, secondary and Long tail keywords.

Remember in the earlier example, your primary keyword was apples which is to competitive for now. You might use (candy apples) as your secondary keyword but this is still to competitive for the beginner. To increase online traffic you should begin with “longtail keywords”.

As I stated earlier (Long tail keywords) are phrases with 3 or more words in the phrase. You have a smaller audience using Long tail keywords; but this is where you start for free search engine traffic.

Use the long tail keywords you have chosen in the description of your weblog to describe your affiliate product. Also include the better looking affiliate link you’ve obtained from http://www.shortURL.com. http://Apples.2fortune.com is our example linked we acquired from http://www.shortURL.com. As .com links improve affiliate sales. I highly recommend a .com link to increase online traffic.

Now if you really want to increase online traffic once your web blog is up and working and you are making posts daily or weekly. Visit: http://www.technorati.com this website keeps track of ALL web blog’s. By clicking on blog on their website you can view the blog’s that are related to yours. Learning from others is always an advantage. Don’t forget the homework of studying the above websites I gave you.

All of these websites are very important and deserve some studying. If you learn how to use “longtail keywords” and the benefits of a Web blog, and learn the power of this website: http://www.technorati.com (ask questions) this general guideline will increase online traffic to your web blog. Now you have the competitive edge for free online traffic, let’s get busy.

Increase Website Traffic In 10 Minutes

Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.

by Jeffrey S. Gross

A critical element of running a successful business on the internet is getting people to visit your site. Attracting site visitors is called getting traffic.

Bringing internet traffic your way can pose as quite an intimidating challenge, as you are competing with millions and millions of other Web sites for attention. Moreover, new sites are being launched pretty much every day. Simply creating a nice site and getting it published won’t automatically attract customers. New and smaller sites are always vying for attention with mammoth, internationally known Web sites.

Here is how it works: most people surf the Web for information or products using search engines such as Google, Yahoo or MSN. Many people enter general terms into the search box (for example, dogs, music or cars), and the search engines deliver a listing of sites containing those terms.

This gives established mega-sites such as eBay, Amazon and Wikipedia a tremendous advantage over everyone else, as they contain these terms on multiple pages, are already well-known, and are visited by millions of people daily. Newcomers and smaller ventures with the same terms get buried deep in the search engine rankings.

Relying solely on search engine ranking isn’t the only way to generate traffic to your site, thank goodness. Experiment with different approaches for helping people to find your site. The following are three ways to accomplish that goal:

Exchanging links with other complimentary Web sites: Having other sites include your link on theirs improves how well your site does on the search engines (that is, it helps get your site listed on an earlier page when people search using general terms). You can contact the owners of sites that have non-competing but similar products as yours, and request a link exchange. Or, you can create your own blog on a site such as blogger.com or blogspot.com, and put your link in your blog entries.

Write free articles for other sites: Many Web owners seek to keep the content on their sites fresh, or send out e-mail newsletters (known as e-zines) to regular customers that subscribe to them. In exchange for providing them with free material they can use, these site owners will allow you to include your Web site information within or at the end of the article, which can lead people from their site to yours.

Use traditional advertising methods: Tried-and-true ways for getting word out about your Web site include placing television and radio ads, handing out business cards and fliers with your URL on them, or giving away items such as pens, water bottles or refrigerator magnets that include your Web address. These techniques are not for brick and mortar businesses alone.

Redirected Domain Web site Traffic: This choice is the simplest of the group. It requires tiny amounts of work and it really does get your web site unique visitors fast. To sum it up, you don’t need to work real hard to build links, or even lift a finger. If you pick a trusted traffic dealer, you will be seeing real unique visitors showing up at your website. You will be utilizing their websites popularity to get your site visitors, it is a great way for any webmaster to get some real traffic. Please read on for our company recommendations.

The idea is to get your site name in front of as many potential customers as possible. Using low-cost techniques like these can boost your site traffic.
