Cash Gifting Tips
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
The practice of cash gifting has been around for decades. It’s based on helping others by giving. This process has helped people get their first home, start their own business, bank roll weddings, pay education expense, and more.
What exactly is cash gifting and how does it work? Cash Gifting is when an individual freely gives another individual cash as a gift. Cash gifting programs take giving cash to an indiviual to the next level. To participate, an individual gives a one time gift to the individual that introduced them to the program. The individual that gave is now able to introduce others to the program and start receiving gifts too.
60% of all money generated in the home-based business industry is attributed to cash gifting. It is one of the most powerful cash leveraging systems for ordinary people.
People are most often interested in participating in cash gifting programs because:
NO products or inventory to keep track of
There is nothing to buy
There are no monthly quotas
There is no convincing people to join
There are plenty of cash gifting programs to choose from, the good ones use cheat proof automated systems to keep track of your activity. Some programs offer varying levels of participation to fit any budget.
Deciding which cash gifting program is best for you will take some research and assessing your own strengths. Many programs offer minimal help with getting started. A person skilled in Internet marketing may not require much support, but a person new to Internet marketing will need extensive help and should only join a program that provides unlimited support.
The Overnight Cash System (TOCS) is a well known and successful cash gifting program. TOCS members receive their own website which explains how the system works, has audio recordings, testimonies, movies, a toll-free number to call for more information, and an option for visitors to submit a callback request to get more information.

Public Speakers’ Law of Attraction
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
If you know the law of attraction, you know everything centers on what you think. You can materialize anything you want, simply by having the right mindset. People think that there are many laws of attraction, perhaps because of what they read in books. Well they maybe right. The principle here is that the law of attraction works every time if you follow it.
Creating a healthy wealth-attraction mindset is so vital to attracting success for yourself. Even if you want to start a motivational speaking business, which happens to be one of the best speaking businesses you can get into, all you have to do is think about it, put feelings into it, and before you know it, you are in the process.
If you are just involved in public speaking, or you are speaking as a professional business, the law of attraction will get you into the speaking frame of mind and will have you create the mindset you need to become a successful public speaker. Remember the one point here. It doesn’t matter how easy it is for you to get leads, or how many leads you have. It doesn’t matter the amount of people that sign up to hear your speech. Without the proper mindset to guide your thinking, none of that will matter, you won’t be successful and you may not succeed as a speaker.
If you want to be a public speaker and you use the law of attraction to get you there, it is still necessary for you to learn public speaking tips so you can learn what skills to develop. Once some public speaking tips have been mastered, you can create a wealth-attraction mindset that will allow you to not just start a speaking business, but also make it successful. Learning and developing more knowledge will open up your mind to even more of the law of attraction, helping you to achieve more than you ever thought you could.
Whether you think that there is one law of attraction or several laws of attraction, the main concern is to use the law of attraction to influence your mind, so you will shape it to be in a healthy wealth-attraction mindset, which when trained properly, will put you in the driver’s seat, and allow you to be a successful public speaker. Only you can do it. Only you can use your skills to become a successful public speaker. But having the universe work in your favor is surely a huge bonus. Don’t take the law of attraction for granted, nor take advantage of it either.

Delivering an Effective Speech Introduction
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Any public speaker understands that it is important to win over your audience from the very beginning. This means speaking in such a way that your audience is forced to focus on you, especially when you begin speaking. Not just anyone has the attributes to be a good public speaker. As a public speaker you need such skills as perseverance, patience, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate a crowd.
To be great at public speaking, you have to be able to wow your audience from the start. This means producing a great speech introduction. You have to know your material extremely well, but know how to deliver it in a non-boring way. A great way to start an introduction speech, is by grabbing your audience’s attention right away. You can do this in a number of ways. An introduction speech sample would be like sitting in a chair and standing up in the back room as you are announced, then walk across a chair or two, or even walk across a desk as you proceed to the front of the room. This will surely grab the audience since they did not expect that. Or maybe you can look at your audience as you come up front and yell some kind of instruction or message at them, expecting a response.
Another way to start out a speech introduction could be having the audience take out a piece of paper and write down a list of the most important topics you give in the speech. The expectation of knowing something valuable is going to be told to them will raise their anticipation level. You could also start off your speech with the telling of a spellbinding story that would captivate your audience, and hold their attention. If you are an enthusiastic speaker this is especially true.
If you are new to public speaking, listen to the experts around you and learn how to start a speech from them. Not only will you be able to learn how to start your speech but it will also help you improve your delivery.
The key to any great speech is by starting off with a great speech introduction and then going forward, keeping your audience in mind, and giving them a reason to listen to what you have to say. The more you do this, the more you’ll find your public speaking ability increasing and the more speaking opportunities you’ll gain.

Government Acquired Properties & Surpluses = Great Deals
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Seized and abandoned properties as well as government surpluses are offered to the public through government auctions. There are many government auctions being held across the country every single week. The deals you’ll find here are unprecedented and could be used for personal investing or to start a business.
Government surplus items sold at auctions come from all levels of government. Sometimes the government will purchase too much equipment and they will liquidate the excess at the auctions.
Items sold at government auctions can also include items from a bankrupt businesses. Items examples could include furniture, jewellery, electronics, miscellaneous equipment, and more. Government auctions may not be the first place that comes to mind when buying these items, however, it is definately where you can get that best value on both used and new items.
Seized properties can consist of foreclosures, bankruptcies, criminal properties, etc. These properties can also be purchased at government auctions. Depending on the circumstances the police may seize property if the owner is sentenced to jail.
Property can be declared abandoned for many reasons: death of the owner with no heir, the owner leaving as they can’t afford it, zoning laws, etc. The government always tries to find the property owner before officially declaring the property abandoned.
You can find out where government auctions are going to be held in your area, as well as the listings that will be available, through the Internet. There are many government auction websites (some are great and some are scams) that charge a membership fee to provide listings and information regarding abandoned/seized properties, and surplus items.
To determine which sites are legitimate it is highly recommended that you visit a government auction review site beforehand. This will educate you on which sites provide the most opportunities that government auctions can provide.

Delivering a Powerful Speech Introduction in 4 Steps
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
You may be nervous at first when you’re a public speaker and you are about to deliver that opening speech. It’s a natural human reaction. The mark of a trained public speaker is however, one who can overcome that nervousness and create a speech that the audience will remember for a lifetime.
Your goal as a public speaker is to provide a great speech introduction. Without one, you are lost before you even begin. As such, there are 4 steps or examples of speech introduction that may just help you get over the hump, produce the kind of speech your audience will learn from, and be glad they came.
The first method or step is by acting like a coach. If you presented yourself as a coach to your audience, you won’t present your material like normal speakers do. Instead, you would act as someone who has something vital to say that will benefit the person, and you gear your introduction so you present your material in this matter.
Stating that you have something vital to say that you will need for them to take home is the second step. Provide samples of your work so your audience can pick up on or more as they leave the room. Making a point about something you have written or done, and emphasizing to your audience that if they follow what you’ve done will make them successful is a great example of an introduction speech.
The third method or step is to remember people are decisive by nature. They will decide quickly, in some cases, whether they want to buy something or listen to something. It is your choice to make sure what you deliver is what they came to hear. That it is so vitally important that nothing else matters but what you have to say.
Talk to experts in the field if you wonder how you should start a speech. To overcome nervousness, some professional speakers use a signature opening and get the audience involved. You need to develop your own signature opening as a speaker in training. Doing so will make your speech introduction on target and powerful, every time you give it.
Public speaking is a skill that takes time to develop. You can’t become a successful professional speaker overnight, but you can develop the ability. You have to learn the trade and practice your delivery often. The experts practiced, and by following in their footsteps you can become successful like them as well. Before you know it you’ll become an expert professional speaker too.

Just Imagine… You and Sir Richard Branson on a Flight Together!
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
This is exactly what happened to one lucky passenger, Jason Murphy, who found himself sitting in the most coveted seat on a plane, 1A.
As you’ll read in a moment, Jason was asked to move over and make way for a VIP passenger, and little did Jason know at the time, that he was to share his journey with hyper-successful, billionaire-entrepreneur - Sir Richard Branson.
During the course of the flight, Jason (who was about to start a new business in Australia) had the perfect traveling companion and business mentor who could give him invaluable advice and encouragement.
Below is Jason’s own version of what happened on that unforgettable flight.
This is the story as I recall it…
After many years working in the UK in the direct selling industry, I looked at a failed business in Australia. It was not the business which had failed, but in my opinion, it was the people who had failed the business. They just didn’t have the right mindset at the top level.
At the time, I was travelling around Australia and on my way to Adalaide to relaunch the failed company and give it a new focus. I’m quite tall (over 6 ft), so asked at the check-in desk for some extra leg room, and was delighted when I was given seat 1A.
As soon as I’d sat down, I was approached and told there had been a mistake and could I move seats. I asked if seat 1C was available and was told this would be OK. I shifted up 2 seats, keeping my extra leg room in tact. As the flight was almost ready to take off, I had that smug feeling of ‘looks like I have got myself a treble seat!’
At the last second, just before the air hostess closed the door, a man walked on the plane, and sat himself down where I’d just been sitting in seat 1A. At that time, I hadn’t quite recognised who he was and I remember thinking to myself, what makes you so special that I have to give up my seat. It was only when I looked up that I realised that it was none other than Sir Richard Branson, a major shareholder in the airline.
Once I had caught my breath, I wondered what on earth I would talk to him about, if indeed he would even want to talk to the likes of me!
The plane was full of Australians, who are not overly known for their love and appreciation of ‘British poms’. But, to my astonishment, the whole plane cheered and applauded once they noticed Richard Branson was on board.
I now know why. He is a tremendously confident and warm guy, who was sincerely interested in my own business and ambitions. We chatted during the flight as if we had known each other all our lives. I appreciated the respect he gave me.
This chance meeting has proved to be one of the greatest inspirations of my life. I decided from that day forward, I was going to treat everybody with the same respect, whether I was dealing with a refuse collector, or the MD of a multinational company. Everybody in the company needs to know that ‘THEY’ are important.
With this new mindset firmly in place, we have taken what was a failed business, to one which is on track this year to invoice $25m (10m). We sell household products throughout Australia and our new company name is ‘Penny Miller Pty Ltd’.
Only in the last month we launched a similar business in New Zealand, and are currently looking to expand into other international markets.
The story of Jason Murphy and his encounter with Sir Richard Branson was the inspiration for the best selling business book, Millionaire Upgrade: Lessons in Success from Those Who Travel at the Sharp end of the Plane.
In the book, you hear the story of Tom McMillan, a frustrated employee in the software industry who is upgraded on a flight to seat 1B. Sitting in seat 1A is Michael Redford, a self-made millionaire entrepreneur, and throughtout the the flight, Michael shares with Tom his own philispohy for success. Millionaire Upgrade is an Amazon top seller and is available in over 10 languages.

The Four Keys to Building a Rapport With Your Audience
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Public speaking is not a skill you are born with. It is what you have to develop over time. Throughout the years, there have been many people who had a fear of public speaking, but learned the art and science of how to do it and became effective public speakers.
If you are excited by the idea of being a public speaker, you need to learn the proper method of delivery, and all it entails. If you study from the best speakers in the world, you probably can garner public speaking tips, which could help start you on the road to public speaking. But it takes more than that. It takes commitment and determination, as well as personality to be a great public speaker.
You shouldn’t just get public speaking tips, you should also obtain public speaking training. The more training you get the better speaker you will become. By training to be better at public speaking you can learn what works and what doesn’t work for you. The more you know the better you will be so you must take time to invest in yourself and your future.
The following tips on public speaking are the four key areas of building up a rapport with your audience so you don’t lose them:
Having total control of your audience is your first key area. Remember that you are the speaker. By watching the reaction of your audience and their faces, you can tell whether they are bored or not. If you should see someone yawning or getting restless it’s a telltale sign. That means you either need to adjust your tone or your style of delivery.
The second key to building a rapport with your audience is your tone. You can do this just by simply raising your voice or getting more excited. Hearing more excitement from you will cause the audience to look up and see what all the excitement is about, they can’t help it.
The third key method is by engaging the audience to perform an exercise or some routine. Ask your audience to take part in an exercise, ask questions, allow the audience to relate their own stories, share comments, or allow for other forms of interaction. The main concern for you is to not let your speech become monotonous or boring. If you see your audience is getting restless or is becoming bored with what you are saying, you need to make adjustments quickly.
The fourth key method to building rapport with your audience is by telling them a story of a bad situation from your life and how you turned it around. It demonstrates your ability to overcome obstacles that stand in your way of success. Because this gives your audience to ask questions of you, they will eat it up.
As long as you get the proper training, learn from the experts, and develop proper delivery you can become very successful in public speaking.
