…OR your worst adversary.
Most of the time, a man can feel like a slave to his natural need to procreate.
Then there goes a common quote, “He thinks with his… You know.”
Well it can be tough to NOT think that way if you aren’t sensually satisfied.
But men are also goal oriented.
We need to achieve things and influence the world in a good way. And we are doers of it.
Balancing the two - my urges and achieving my goals is one of the biggest challenges I’ve personally faced.
When you are single, dating can consume a lot of time. Women will suck away at your time if you don’t know what you’re doing.
Before you know it, you are spending hours in the park, feeding the birds and cuddling… there’s nothing wrong with spending a quality time with your girlfriend, AS LONG AS YOU DON’T compromise YOUR GOALS IN LIFE.
Goals take time, but so do women.
In fact, it’s the nature of a woman to take up the man’s time - it’s her way of getting you to invest in her. That way if the woman gets pregnant there’s a less chance of you leaving (this comes from our caveman days, so to speak).
Managing your time with women can get really tricky. You see, most guys WANT to give women their time. Men are by nature the “givers.” They like to please women, protect them, and give them good feelings.
Men also have a urges that can completely take over your thoughts.
Both of these things can get in the way of you making the most of your life, your time.
I want you to take a second and ask yourself, “WHAT DO I REALLY WANT TO GIVE TO WOMEN?”
Now I bet it is not about “money,” or “control over my life,” or “lots of my free time.”
It was probably something like “good feelings, sexual pleasure, relaxation, excitement, feeling of safety, make her smile or feel good about herself, etc.”
I think guys have some difficulties with how they use their time with women in two ways.
First, they overcompensate with other stuff - like spending too much time or money on a woman because they think that the gifts they REALLY wanted to give aren’t that valuable.
Second, men think that they are “getting” something valuable when a girl spends time with them.
Guys was brainwash by the society to believe that women are a prize to attain, and that there’s some inherent value in a pretty face.
That’s so untrue!
The best naturals out there see women for what they are, nothing more, nothing less. They are cute, sometimes fun, but ultimately not that important, AND THEY CAN’T COMPLETE YOUR LIFE!
Now getting out of this mental prison of feeling inferior to women is really hard.
Your mental habits are subtle and hard to notice because you’ve been doing them for years.

You can notice it as daydreaming, a wandering mind or being hyper-focused. Hypnosis is around you every day. It is used when you communicate, both verbally and non-verbally.
The state of hypnosis is a normal function of your mind. There is no big secret or special power involved. It is the state of mind your brain uses when accessing the huge amount of storage it contains.
The word hypnosis applies to the ways you communicate when asking for a favor or when someone else tries to appeal to your emotions to manipulate a decision. Hypnosis is a word with odd interpretations that describes everyday situations.
When you first meet someone you like and smile at them, that is you attempting to manipulate a smile from them. Maybe your response to the previous sentence is “I smile because I’m happy”. You smile because you’re happy and want others to respond by being happy. And if someone doesn’t smile back, aren’t you slightly offended or put-off? Probably. A smile helps increase the odds that the other person will remember you with good emotions attached to the memory. Sounds complicated until you start seeing how common it is.
The popular cola drink advertisement shows video that stimulates feelings of happiness, satisfaction, and companionship. People want to feel good and this ad’s emotion combined with repetitive exposure to the images will tend to make you think of that brand with good feelings. When you next see that brand of cola in the store, how do you immediately feel? Below the surface of your thinking? It may only be a subtle feeling, but it’s there. That’s emotional association at work.
This is evident in all aspects of your life. Your mind began collecting these associations soon after you were born. It is the same for all of us. Of course, it is common sense, but we don’t always realize how powerfully it influences our behaviors and choices.
The stronger the emotion is, the stronger the association. The stronger the association is, the more vivid the memory. The more vivid the memory, the more real it is to your mind and more influence it has on your behavior. Your mind does not have a real concept of time passing. What it sees in your imagination, or memory, it believes. At least, most of the time.
Look at all the ways your life is guided by outside influence. The food you eat (and how much food you eat), the car you drive, the clothes you wear. The bad habits you have, as well as the good habits. You probably have more habits created unintentionally than intentionally.
Seeing this process in action and understanding the concept can give you a big step forward in changing your habits. Sometimes you can do it on your own. Sometimes it’s easier to use help. Find a professional hypnotist you can trust and use them. That’s their job.
