Be Dedicated to Your Dreams to Succeed
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
One of the things that really bothers me with new entrepreneurs online is that they all think that they are going to succeed right away. Now, I know that they all have that potential, but honestly, success doesn’t just come to you - it requires a lot of work.
Don’t be discouraged - I just want to be honest with you. It took me seven years to get to the point where I was able to say that I succeeded, though I haven’t made it to the point where I want to be yet. Needless to say, I have been able to leave my fulltime job to pursue my business full time, so it is a step in the right direction.
One of my biggest challenges was to stick to my guns no matter what happened. Unfortunately, there was no magic formula that I could follow to succeed, and no recipe for success. I wanted to quit many times, but I couldn’t give up on my dream - I just didn’t want to retire when I was too old to enjoy life.
With my successes, I have had a lot of failures. But, I have always been dedicated to my dreams of having a nice house, money in the bank, and some nice cars in the garage. These were concrete and measurable goals to work towards, so I knew what steps I needed to take towards my dreams.
But there were plenty of roadblocks along the way. My biggest roadblock was getting my wife aboard to share my vision. All she could see was all the money that I was spending, and the little(and in some months no) money that was coming in. She thought that I was just wasting my time and that I should just go get a regular job like everyone else.
If your spouse doesn’t support you, it can be an uphill battle. Thankfully, after I bought some groceries with the money that I made online, she quickly turned around - I guess all she needed was some physical proof that what we were doing was working.
After that challenge was resolved, thing got easier. Though I wasn’t making the piles of money that I wanted, each month, the business was making more and more money, and I knew that I was on the path to success.
It wasn’t until the last six months that I finally figured things out and was finally able to quit my real job. Not only was it the best feeling in the world, but I was finally able to live the dream that I had been holding with me each step of the way. It was through this dedication that I was able to make it to this point - if you want to have a story like this to share some day, you need to be dedicated too.

The Top 10 CM Resources to Keep Your Business Organized
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Finding a solid contact management system can make or break your business efforts. We use systems to organize and track our work, which is especially important when running a business. The right contact management system can eliminate hours of unnecessary paperwork and reduce stress.
These are the top contact management systems I’ve come across to keep you focused so that you can dedicate the bulk of your time nurturing existing relationships, while building on new ones so that your business can see the success that it deserves.
1. VTIGER (www.vtiger.com) - I personally use this one and love it because it’s an open source software that you can install on your server for free. It’s great for maintaining all sorts of contacts for leads, marketing, sales, etc. You can also email your contacts directly within it and track all contacts, attach files, etc. If you run a small business with employees or if you need to give others access, you can do so and limit the information they are able to view.
2. SUGAR CRM (www.sugarcrm.com) - Another great open source software that’s free, unless you want the pro version, which I don’t think is necessary for small businesses and freelancers. The free version works just fine. I love that this program allows you to delete duplicates, which is important if you’re new to contact management and have a huge list to sort through. It’s also extremely easy to use.
3. ZOHO (www.zoho.com) - This free application is great for the non-tech savvy individuals who still need a comprehensive system to manage their contacts.
4. PLAXO (www.plaxo.com) - If you could combine LinkedIn with Facebook, you’d get Plaxo. Sync your other email accounts within it and you’re good to go.
5. HIGHRISE HQ (www.highrisehq.com) - My latest addiction, this contact management system lets you tag your contacts, create to-do items and archive email communications. Not bad for $29 a month.
Other systems include:
www.bosscrm.com, www.salesforce.com, www.bigcontacts.com, www.freecrm.com & www.batchbook.com.

Don’t Settle for Less than the Best!
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Hiring the most qualified erector to assemble your prefab steel building is a key decision that will affect the overall success of your building project. Many different problems for your steel building project may be the fault of an incompetent steel building erector. The most obvious potential problem is, of course, incorrectly erecting the building.
You have to work with a person who is trained and practiced in the type of building you want assembled. Some erectors have training in some, but not all, steel building systems. There are some helpful guidelines in getting a qualified erector and a capable crew for your real estate project.
Talk with someone for guidance in finding the erector you need. The first step to take when looking for a prospective erector is to look over past work. Look at least one recent and one older project. See to it that the work on these building projects was acceptable and to see if any mistakes that came up were addressed.
Did they fix all concerns with these projects? A good erector will have done so. It is very important to find out if the erector is certified by a professional steel building supplier to erect your type of building and to verify if he and his crew have recently attended training sessions to update their various skills.
Every building project needs to have a superintendent to manage the labor and be a liaison with the other personnel. The lowest bidder is not necessarily the smartest decision. At times the lowest bidder is the one that in the end does shoddy work. An unusually low bid might not budget for every necessary detail of the construction project. If something is not left half-done, you could encounter long, unexpected delays besides, of course, additional expenses to complete the job.
The most expensive erector could very easily have initially been the least expensive. The person you are thinking about has to present a copy of an OSHA-approved safety program. The erector must be up to date on all safety requirements and hold frequent job site safety meetings.
Choosing an erector is an important step in the procedure of gathering all the necessary pieces in order to begin construction. Yet, it is only the start and there are further needs to address. Don’t allow any changes in design. Thus, it?s important that you have the original drawings on site. As we said before, make sure there will be a full-time, on-site superintendent to take charge of all these day-to-day responsibilities at the worksite and handle any problems that may occur during building. Having the best men on the job will ensure that your building is off to a good start and on its way to a successful completion.
Lastly, you should scrutinize the work regularly and make sure that the appropriate tools and equipment are being used, that temporary bracing is being used constantly throughout the worksite, that design bracing requirements are implemented for the permanent bracing, and that the appearance will not be “out-of-plane.” The instructions and erection drawings must be accessible and on-hand for the job. So as to make certain that these job-site drawings are thorough, you must have a professional consultant take a close look at everything. These guidelines will help you toward a timely completion of your new building and years and years of satisfactory use of your new steel building.
Now that we have gone over this, do you have any questions? We imagine that you do as we have only provided a very brief overview for what is a much more complicated process and subject matter. We therefore recommend that you call a company directly with those questions. We’re not here to promote any specific company but merely to provide you with the basic knowledge to point you in the right direction.

How to Kick Butt In Texas Holdem
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Poker has become one of the most exciting games that anyone can play. There are simple rules of the basic game which apply to playing all the variations of poker. A very slight rules change for each version of the game makes it an easy game for people to play.
The way to play the game can be taught in very simple steps. The basics of poker apply to all types of the game no matter how many cards are dealt or how many players are present. Knowing the basics of the game make the player able to focus on the more important parts of the game like bluffing.
Depending upon table size, there can be any number of players. There must be a dealer to call who won each hand and to pass out the cards. In non-professional or casino poker the role of the dealer passes from player to player in a clockwise fashion.
After the dealer has shuffled them, the player to the right of the dealer cuts the cards. All the players place the ante into the middle. At this time, either the players can wait for the dealer to begin the game or they can bet, what is called a blind bet.
Then, depending upon the version played, the dealer deals out the appropriate number of face down cards. Another bet is made or the players check. Checking means that the players do not feel the need to bet on the cards that they have.
Checking or betting is done after each face up card is dealt or after the cards have been exchanged. When betting the players bluff their opponents. Bluffing is betting so that the other players assume you either have a great hand or a very bad hand.
The technique of bluffing is what differentiates this game from any other card game. The other games that involve bluffing also involve dice. The French word Poque means to bluff which is where poker received it name.
Through the game, then the betting player wins the hand if one player bets and everyone else folds. Calling is when a player will bet the same as the first bettor or raises the bettor’s bet. Folding is when a player thinks his cards are not good enough to continue.
After the last card has been laid out, if there are players who wish to see or raise the bet, then, there is a showdown. all the remaining players flip over their hidden cards to see who won the hand when a showdown happens. The game starts over again when the highest hand wins the pot.
Chips, which represent money in poker, are used to keep the betting orderly. Going “all in” is when a player bets all of their chips. A player is eliminated from the game if he or she has lost all their chips.
Knowing the basic rules makes poker an easy game to play. Bluffing and folding are the hardest parts of the game because it is difficult to know when to do so. As a means of income, only professional players find stability in poker.

How To Win At Poker
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Poker has become one of the most exciting games that anyone can play. There are simple rules of the basic game which apply to playing all the variations of poker. A very slight rules change for each version of the game makes it an easy game for people to play.
Very simple layout of the game can make it easy to play. Not depending upon the number of cards dealt or the version played, these steps are applicable to all versions. If a player knows the basics of the game of poker, he or she can become good enough to learn to bluff like a professional.
Depending upon table size and the type of game there can be any number of players. However, a dealer must be chosen but the deal can pass to other players, this dealer passes out the cards to the players. The role of the dealer is to decide who won the game and to regulate card deals.
After the dealer has shuffled them, the player to the right of the dealer cuts the cards. All the players place the ante into the middle. At this time, either the players can wait for the dealer to begin the game or they can bet, what is called a blind bet.
The dealer passes out the appropriate number of face down cards and, depending upon the version played, the appropriate number of face down cards. Then the players either bet again or they check showing that they do not want to bet. Checking or passing is a sign that the players do not feel the need to make the pot higher.
Either the players bet or check after each face up card is dealt. The players bluff about what they have in their hand during this time. A player making the other players believe that they have the better hand by betting a certain amount is bluffing.
The difference between all other card games and poker is the use of bluffing. Other games use a form of bluffing but poker is the only game that uses cards and bluffing at the same time. Bluffing is an essential part of the game and where it received its name, the French word Poque means to bluff.
By using chips that represent the money, players bet their own money when they are playing. A player have gone “all in” once they have bet all their chips. They are then eliminated from the game, if they player who has gone all in loses their hand.
Poker is not a hard game to play if you know the basic rules of game play. The hardest part of the game is knowing when to bluff and when to fold your hand. Many people use poker as a means of income, this is not recommended unless you have developed your talent of bluffing.

CAD Services: Picking out Needles from the Haystack
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
If you’re an architect or engineer thinking of outsourcing your CAD drawings, you would no doubt have been confronted with a question at some point in time. And that question is: How do I find a good provider of CAD services?
And probably, MOST PROBABLY, what would have come to mind is, “Go to the search engines and type in ‘CAD Services’”.
Yes, going to the search engines when you’re looking for something is a smart idea, but you’d be surprised to know that nowadays it isn’t the strategy of choice. It has a shortcoming, and that is
** Search engines rank a site based on how good the website is, not on how good the website’s company is. **
After all, for the most part, websites are like ads. Now you tell me: if an ad looks good, does it mean the company being advertised is good? Of course not.
What you need are the opinions of others. Others who have actually used CAD services. That way you’ll see the good, the bad and the ugly.
Say about 10 years ago, being able to find the opinions of others would be a pipe-dream. But today it’s a reality. You CAN do it, and you can do it easily.
How? By going to user forums. If you’re into engineering, go to engineering forums. If you’re into architecture, go to architectural forums. Ask about CAD services and get the naked truth.
To see the URLs of some good engineering forums and architectural forums, just follow the link given at the end of this article.
Once you get to a forum, what you have to do is register (that only takes 2 minutes and zero expense), then ask the question: “Can anyone recommend a good CAD service, based on first-hand experience?” You might also want to ask for a service dealing with your particular platform (AutoCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, whatever).
Gather about 10 CAD service provider names using this method. Then carefully evaluate these 10 companies, by messaging them and evaluating the responses you get. Rank the providers and keep only the top three.(We’ll explain more on how to evaluate them in a subsequent installment of this training).
Divvy up your CAD drafting work amongst these three CAD service providers. Of course if you don’t have volume drafting requirements, maybe you could use them in rotation. But ALWAYS have more than one provider on hand.
Stay tuned for Part 2 of this training, which will start to explain how to evaluate the names you got from the forums.

Sit And Go Tournies Require Their Own Special Set Of Strategies
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Sit N Go poker tournaments are a unique animal. When the blinds are small you want try to avoid a big pot unless you have a big hand and are willing to risk your tourney. An example is a hand like 99. If you don’t hit a set you have to be ready to get away. These are dangerous hands to raise (or even get involved in) from early position early in a SNG.
In other poker games, you might do very well by raising with weak pocket pairs (22-88). This can create some deception to set yourself up with a huge win. It’s safer with these hands to limp or call small raises. You will only hit your set one in eight times, so it’s better to be careful.
When the blinds are large compared to your stack, you have to play offensive poker. Stealing the blinds whenever possible is a must. In a sense it’s like, “I dare you” at this point. If you don’t steal some blinds you will find your stack too short to scare anyone off and you will lose the ability to steal extra chips.
At some point, the blinds get so big in relation to your stack size, that an all in bet is your only option. You can do this in part for variation, but once you bet, you shouldn’t be folding. This is when you need to risk losing so you can have a chance to win.
If you are playing against safe players you can attack more often expecting folds. Stack size needs to be considered here too. Players will try to knock you out when they have a lot of chips. Watch out for the short stacks because they may have no other option but to call. The in middle stacks will fold more often and only call with stong hands.
With four players left and three cashing, a lot of play is controlled by stack size. A case in point; You might go all in with 55 versus a player without too many chips, and fold this hand to a big chip leader.
When you’re the short stack, you need to judge when to go all in, but not just by your hand. Sometimes you can push any two cards if you have enough chips to hurt your opponents. On the other hand, you need a better hand when your opponent can afford to call you.
When you have the chip lead, people will fear you and you should take their blinds often. The players with mid sized stacks are easy prey. They fear getting eliminated before the short stack goes out.
This is the hardest position to be in, especially on the bubble. The big stack is always a threat to knock you out, and the short stack is ready to take a risk. So, you need better starting hands to get involved. Being the middle stack on the bubble is very tricky.
So, here is a list of ideas to get you started. Each one of these topics is a story in itself. Learn as much as you can about how you want to play in each situation and develop your own style to beat the SNG games. GO win some tournaments.
So these are most of the basics specifically for the SNG games. You could write an entire article on each of these ideas. Develop your knowledge and skills in these areas, and maybe you will be beating the Sit N Gos. Happy hunting.

Why is Cash Gifting so Popular?
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Cash gifting is one of the Internet’s newest, most powerful and perhaps, most unusual ways of creating wealth. The activity of gifting is as old as humanity itself, and this basic, human fundamental action is the driving force behind the online concept. This concept seems to be resonating with more and more people all over the world, who are searching for wealth and prosperity.
The most common responses when most people come across cash gifting are, to be blunt, disbelief, shock, amazement and perhaps some degree of doubt! Some do “get it” right from the start and they usually are the ones to get involved or jump on board immediately. Some want answers now, or simply want to know how and when they can get involved in this intriguing activity.
Some of the people who may be initially shocked or disbelieving, are known to revisit the program or concept and take a look at it again. Some report that after reviewing things with an open mind, they often come to a conclusion that this is an opportunity worth pursuing. Once they get the final tidbits of information that they need to make an informed decision, many are ready to get started in the process of cash gifting. You could call them late converts!
That may account for most of the people who join cash gifting programs once they get the facts. You can see that they consider cash gifting is their choice of a way to achieve wealth and financial comfort. The activity of cash gifting is perhaps the simplest way to create wealth and this is a powerful attraction for people worldwide. So perhaps the key to its popularity is cash gifting’s power, simplicity and mystique! Cash gifting participants who have come from other programs, are seeing amazing results when they start cash gifting.
Some sceptics may ask, “Why would someone give me a cash gift?”. Some participants may argue that, perhaps there’s no real explanation needed for something that is already occurring, and to just accept it! If you asked someone if they would accept a cash gift from you, do you think they would turn you down? If you received a cash gift from someone, would you send it back? Perhaps that is part of the mystique and allure of cash gifting.
Maybe the activity of cash gifting is not for you. Many of us grow up believing that we have to perform work or service or get educated, in order to earn, make money or create wealth. Receiving a cash gift seems, well, unnatural perhaps. But it’s happening, and in a big way too. Parents, schools, governments, colleges, businesses have all shaped our beliefs about how we should “work” for our money. We are taught to believe that the trade-off for our time, effort and products is money. Never enough to produce wealth, for most of us, however.
Today’s brand of opportunity and prosperity seekers seem to prefer a designed lifestyle. Plus they have their own ideas of how to create wealth without the stifling constraints of a job, or the challenges and risks of a business. Perhaps that is why cash gifting is gaining such a strong foothold in today’s online wealth creating options. The 21st century way to prosperity is not the same as it was in the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s or 90’s. Cash gifting is definitely leading the new wave of wealth and prosperity solutions.
You may agree with it or not, the reality is that it is still happening and growing at an incredible rate. Cash gifting has created a new option for those seeking a way to create wealth and to design a lifestyle of their own choosing. With the challenges of life, jobs, work and business all taking their toll on each of us, perhaps its the simplest concepts that are the best, after all! The cash gifting phenomenon is just beginning. Take note!
