Each day you are faced with expenses and costs, but it is not only the costs and expenses you see that will keep you poor and average. No it is the invisible costs that will keep you from reaching your greatness. You must understand that each day that you procrastinate the door to your Financial Freedom Closes a little more. This is not only your door but the door for you children, their children and on and on. The great wealth builders of the world know this concept and practice this every day of their lives. Are you one of the 20% of Americans that admit to being a chronic procrastinator? If you are you need to change your ways immediately if you plan on reaching a goal of Wealth Building and Financial Freedom. This is no joke and I wish I was a better writer so I could properly outline the importance of taking action. Remember the choice is yours. Will you work until 65 years old and then live on a budget? Why there are much better ways to build wealth and prepare for the future. Take the first step and STOP PROCRASTINATING.

Here is what you are up against if you continue to rely to your current income: 330 people are turning 60 years old every hour! This means that the substantial part of the work force (that pays taxes) is moving to retirement age. The cost to average Americans will be substantial. These baby boomers will need more and more health care as they reach older age. Only 5% of Americans retiring today have achieved Financial Freedom. The rest rely on Government means, family support or significantly reduced budgets to get by. Get ready for increase in taxes….it has to happen. You are ready to give more of your money away? You are your own worst enemy. You have the power to achieve greatness but you also have the power to kill your quest for greatness. Just having a why for most is not enough. You also need to find someone that has designed a complete system for you to plug into and follow to reach success. The problem is that most systems are really not systems, they are a couple of steps that allows 3% to 5% to be successful. That is not a system, that is a joke. What most will tell you is that you must build your business yourself and give you a number of ideas to help you but no clear road map on how to get there. My advice is to choose your system well and take action in your Wealth Building System to achieve Financial Freedom.

Here is a great exercise to do: Make a list of the top 15 things you would like to do in your life if you made your annual income in a month (big things, like travel the world for 30 days). Prioritize them in a list from most important to least important. Now list all the time wasters that you do in a day and think about how much money these items are costing you. If you are to reach Financial Freedom then you will need to do away with these time wasters.

You will also need to do some research on Wealth Building opportunities. My advice is to stay away from Real Estate unless you have a good grasp on it already. Work on an opportunity that create leverage and offers you a good chance to replace your current income. Once you replaced your current income then you are no longer controlled by your boss or your corporation. Now you can decide things on your own terms. Stay with the company or move on to really building your Wealth Machine.

Now it is time to pick your mentor. This will be the single greatest factor in deciding if you will succeed. They should be using the newest technologies, have sales experience at the executive level with Corporate America and have mentors that are Multi-Millionaires. This will be your best chance for success.

We developed a short list of items that you need to look at before joining a home based business opportunity. When dealing with the List of Home Based Businesses, you should be aware that most of them hold around a 90% + failure rate. Use our list and hold them accountable.

What level does their product play at? Obviously you want to have a good product. You also want the compensation plan to have multiple tiers to earn money. Keep in mind that if you’re going to pay per click (PPC) marketing you need to make a minimum of $ 45 per sale in order to play in the PPC arena. Others will tell you that you can do it for less, but I have seen far too many people lose big money by not following this rule. If you are really serious about building Financial Freedom then you should be looking for a product that pays you a $ 1000 per sale at the lowest level.

Ask this question, How long does it take to get started making money? The longer it takes you to make money the higher the chance you are going to quit and think the opportunity is not for you. Here is a nugget for you: Getting up and running does not mean that you now have a company website, a product and trainer. No that is not it at all Getting up and running is you have a solid sales page, squeeze page or website page and are sending potential Partners to the site

Now the more important item to look at is to look at the person bringing you into the business or the Person that will be training you to succeed. What is their skill level? Do you want to take a chance that this individual will make you money? This is where 99% of Home Based Business Opportunities fail to meet the mark.

They system you choose needs to be a system that teaches you how to manage your money. This is one of the hardest parts of growing your business, yet there are only a few of us that will even address it.

Your new team should with you the top resources in business set up and integration. Again most are clueless in this area. They will tell you to use the yellow pages and interview an attorney, accountant, tax adviser and more. This is simply setting you up for failure. This tactic alone will reduce your list of home based businesses by 80%.

Training should be held a minimum of 3 times a week (above what the company offers). This training needs to be web based, telephone based, Video based, Live Training events (outside what the company offers), Master Mind based and all recorded for those you missed or want to perfect themselves. Some will have training but less than 1% would qualify as adequate.

Does your team have access to Global Resources? This is key to take your business Global. Most opportunities will tell you to wait on this, not a good answer. In case they have missed it the World is now our market, yet almost all have missed this completely. Another big one here. If you are truly after Financial Freedom, this one is huge.

What are the Global Resources available to grow your business? Do not be disappointed if they say, “well we target the United States…”. If this comes up….RUN AWAY. If you can find an organization that has these resources in place you have found a Diamond.

Ask what types of training does the Leader of your group do in order to learn new techniques and tactics. How will they train you on these items? The Leaders with the team should be spending in excess of $20,000 per year to learn cutting edge tactics and technologies in order to stay ahead of the competition.

What is the group’s success rate? What is being done to increase the success rates? A good leader is always trying to increase his teams successes.

Make sure to some investigation and ask the tough questions. Only then will you know if it is the right opportunity for you. You can do this as thousands are doing it all around you. You can be Financially Free.

Going Global in less than 6 months, how are they going to get your business to do this? 95% + will not be able to assist you in this important task. Pin them down and get them to answer this and commit to it.

Their training system needs to have most of the following items to train you step by step. It should have webinars, teleconferences, audio recordings, video instruction, integration of new software, and the list does not stop here. Insure that the training is complete and ethical.
