I Just Moved To A New House, Now What?
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
So, where do you start? What do you want the theme to be? Maybe beach theme bedrooms, nautical theme design, country themed? When you look at magazines what designs do you see that catch you eye? Do you look through Elle Decor, Home Magazine, Better Homes and Gardens or Metropolitan Home. These are some different styles.
After you’ve decided on the theme the next thing is to start with the furniture. That is the biggest and hardest to move and place. Move it to where you think but then get a second opinion from an San Diego interior designer or San Diego interior decorator like me and re-work the room and the colors you want. Think about the feel of the room. What colors do you like and especially do not like. That’s important - what is important? Photos? Art, etc. People collect for a reason. Let’s show off your collection! That is why you bought it in the first place! Also, have fun, this is your home, not your business. This is the place to relax and enjoy!
When you use the services of an interior designer moving can be less stressful. A good interior designer like me has a suggested list of people from an housekeeper to an electrician. You name it I probably have them on my speed dial list.
When you choose the colors that you like, have in mind the colors that your couple (if you are married) likes too. Maybe you couple likes cool tones like blues, greens etc and you like warm tones. There are ways to blend those colrs together to make a seamless fit. That’s another reason why working with an interior design firm is the best.
You are now ready to start decorating your new home. And remember that using the help of an interior designer can help moving less stressful. Lastly have fun decorating and working in your home, sweet home.

Getting The Perfect Desk For Your Office
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
The Important Role a Desk Plays In Your Home Office
Today more people than ever are starting their own business as their main source of income or in addition to their regular job as a means of supplementing their income. These people often have their business in their home and therefore have an office of some sort.
Whether you go with fancy or casual furniture, one of the first pieces of furniture you’ll get will be a desk. A desk is probably the most important piece of furniture in your home office.
Setting Up Your Home Office
Many people choose to start their own business at home as a way to get away from the everyday hassle of working elsewhere in an office, factory or where ever. They don’t even understand the importance of having an office, much less a desk. They soon discover that having their own business can be demanding and very stressful, especially without proper organization. The best way to have organization is with details of your business. These details will need to be stored somewhere and a desk in the optical choice.
Make Your Home Office Work
The one mistake many home owners make is not taking their “job” or home business serious enough. They don’t want to invest the time and money into putting in an office so they’ll have their own space for their business. Regardless of what type of business you own, you will need to have paperwork, supplies, invoices, tax forms, etc. These are all important parts of a business and need to be kept in a safe spot.
Again, the need for an office or desk presents itself. Your family may be 100% supportive of your home business, but they will still be a distraction when you are trying to work. As long as they seen you in a room they would feel as though you were “available” to them. However, if you’re in your office, they’ll realize you’re working.
A Quality Desk Makes The Difference
Even if you can’t afford to put in an entire office, you’ll want to at least get a desk to store all those important papers that are a large part of a business. You wouldn’t want one of the kids to use the back of an important invoice for a scratch pad, right? There is something about a desk that will indicate it’s “off limits” to the rest of the family and especially you when you’re sitting there. There are many styles of desks available.
If you like the idea of casual furniture, there are casual office desks that are very high quality. What ever you decide on, start shopping for your new desk as soon as possible.

Low Cost Car Insurance or Proper Liability Coverage?
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
The amount of insurance you will need will always be determined to late, once you have an accident. To try to understand how to protect yourself, you first need to know what your liability insurance will cover. It is always broken up in two parts bodily injury and property damage liability.
Bodily injury liability covers injuries do to a car accident.
1. Initial aid
2. Medical bills due to injuries
3. Restitution for lost salary
4. Death benefits
5. Legal defense fees and/or bail bonds for anyone listed on your policy
Property Damage Liability covers the damage that is sustained in an accident:
1. Structural damage to homes, storefronts, etc.
2. Repair or replacement costs for other stationary objects
3. Vehicle repair or replacement costs
So, what coverage limit are right for you? Every state compiles there minimum guidelines individually. 15,000/30,000/15,000 is the minimal norm but that may vary from state to state so check your state guidelines. You might have noticed that there are three coverage figures and not two. This is because bodily injury liability usually comes in a split limit unless you request a single limit of coverage.
Single vs split limit: In example above of 15,000/30,000/15,000 in coverage, this first 15,000 would cover individual injuries to others obtained from the accident you caused up to 15,000 per person. The 30,000 represents the maximum pay out for injuries caused to the while accident. If you had a single limit of bodily injury coverage it would be equal to 30,000 for the extra accident broken up as needed.
The last number in your liability coverage is always your property damage limit in the above cast is was also $15,000.
You have probably realized the disadvantage of carrying stat minimum limits 15,000/30,000/15,000. With the price of cars rising and the already high costs of property around the country it makes sense to have more than the 15,000 for property damage. With medical expenses at there highest ever it only makes sense to raise your bodily injury limits as well.
100,000/300,000/50,000 is the most common amount of liability coverage within today. The cost to the consumer to go from state minimums to 100,000/300,000/50,000 of even more coverage isn’t that much more expensive. It just makes sense to me to pay a little more now for more coverage. Rather then thousands more later. I was found at fault in an accident and caused, because I didn’t have coverage to pay for all the expenses I caused to to the accident.

Are You Using This Internet Marketing Secret?
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
If you are trying to sell a product or service on the Internet, then you are probably doing so through an affiliate program. You signed up as an affiliate (usually for free) and they gave you an affiliate ID (user name or number). They may have even given you a basic marketing package which includes text ads, banner ads, and solo ads with a link to your affiliate sales page. All you have to do is use these tools to get traffic to your affiliate sales page.
Well that sounds pretty easy, doesn’t it? This process actually works too, except that your probability of converting your traffic into sales is very, very, very low. In other words, you may have to have thousands of people to visit your affiliate sales page before you ever see your first sell. Now those aren’t very good odds, are they?
Unfortunately, that is what most people do. They spend a lot of time, effort, and money getting all of those people to that affiliate sales page and then they finally make a sale and earn a referral fee or commission. But wait, it can get even worse. Let’s say that you made one sale and earned a $10 commission. That’s great, right? Well not really, because in the terms and conditions of your affiliate program, you don’t actually get paid until you have accumulated at least $20 of commissions. So get back to it and get another sale and finally get paid. Good grief!
Don’t quit! Internet marketing is a great way to make extra money, but you have to know some of the secrets. Here’s one. “Don’t advertise your affiliate program directly.” You must use a four step process.
Four Step Process
1. First, you must provide something of value. The easiest valuable thing that you can give away is information. An informative email course, special report, or ebook are all great ways to give away free information.
2. This step goes along with the initial step above. Don’t give away your free information until you get an email address. You must capture the name and email address of your prospective sale in order to be able to implement the next step.
3. If the information that you are providing is good and helps people, then you will earn some trust. If someone gives you some information that saves you time, money, or effort; then you are going to closely read anything that they send you - as long as the information is still valuable. This is why it is so important that you get that name and email address before you start giving away your information. Now you can keep the information flowing through an occasional email to your prospect.
4. Finally, if you have been providing valuable information and earning trust from people, it is much more likely that they will buy something that you recommend. This is especially true if you can convince them that what you are recommending will help them and that it is worth their money. The easiest way to do this is to recommend something that you have actually purchased and use yourself. Just tell them how it helped you and why you think that it was worth what you paid for it!

Pools - Finding The Right Contractor
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Do you want to build a swimming pool? If you do then you need a contractor because this job is not one you would want to do unless you have done this kind of labor before. To employ the correct contractor can be tricky. A contractor should have a license for one thing. They are supposed to have insurance and have been certified to do this also. The best way to know if a contractor is good is to inquire with people whom they have done jobs for. Another good sign that they know what they are doing is if they belong to either The Master Pools guild and or the National Spa and Pool Institute if that is that they are here in the USA.
Make sure to get a written estimate to safeguard yourself. Get several written estimates from different contractors. To be positive what you are getting make sure the estimates include all the same specs for the job. Also if you are doing the space around your pool make sure this is included also.
Call previous client’s that have dealt with the contractor. The contractor may have a list of clients that have agreed to be asked. It may be fairly uncomplicated to get their permission to view their pools. One thing to ask is if they have been pleased with their pool. You may inquire as to any situations that were hard to talk to the contractor about.
A contract should list the date the job will begin construction and expected stop date. Make sure the contract spells out all costs and what they are for and when payment ore payments are due. Some kind of warranty should be required and listed on the contract. You will be grateful for the protection this provides you.
When you start having the plans drawn up think about everything you want in your pool. Landscape plans should be added at this time too. What items as in waterfalls, spa, or maybe even a diving board. It is usually more cost effective to include these items at the start than after the pool is completed. Think about adding some lights to the project as it is being constructed.
Pool safeguards are imperative. Usually most people fence their yards for privacy but fences are important as far as safety too. Double fencing may be required in the event you have young children. A fencing contractor possibly will have to be contracted to do this if your pool contractor does not provide it. Let’s state that this should also be carefully contracted.
Inform yourself on things you should discuss and understand with the contractor in regards to the design of your pool. It is a mistake to think that the contractor will voluntarily tell you what you should understand as far as swimming pool construction. The Internet has a wealth of information along with other sources you can check look at them all. You have a far greater chance of being pleased if you educate yourself first.
It is of the utmost importance that you comprehend how to keep you pool clean and take care of your pool. This means that you need to know how to test your water and what to use or what water problems. Also have a complete understanding on how to care for the mechanics that operate your pool. With understanding on how you should care for your pool you will increase the life of your pool. To have a very good pool built it takes superior swimming pool construction.

Wireless spy cams- no more messed up wires
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Do you always worry what your employees are up to behind your back? Or if you are a concerned parent who wants to know what the nanny is up to in their absence. Then you can put an end to all your worries by installing a spy cam that will keep a vigilant eye on them. A nanny cam is going to monitor every move your nanny is making but it is going to protect your house from intruders as well.
If you’re thinking of buying a hidden camera or other type of security camera, there are two types of hidden cameras - wireless and wired. Wireless hidden cameras use batteries and have the camera and transmitter concealed with no visible wire from the camera to the recording equipment. Wired cameras will have a physical wire running from a VCR or PC to the camera.
For those who are not aware of what a nanny cam is it is a video camera that keeps an eye on the nanny in your absence. The online site www.my-spycam.com has so many options that will suit your needs and taste. If you are looking for a teddy bear or a piece of furniture or even baby wipes they have one built with a hidden camera in them. The manual is so easy to follow and install that it will be up and working in no time. The most distinguishing feature that puts them a class apart is that they are hidden so neatly and have no cluttered wires.
Keeping a closer eye on the childcare in your absence is a lot easier with a wireless camera installed in your room. It is so sleek and handy that it could go anywhere from being a part of the book in your library to a teddy. Its instruction manual is given with an easy to follow step manual that is as simple as it gets.
Every electronic gadget has its own limitations, it has a range in which the receiving equipment can capture the data, and this one has only for about 150 feet indoors. For hidden supervision and a closer eye on the people and surroundings you can hide it in anything you can possibly imagine. You can record on any device be it a VCR or monitor. You don’t have to go over budget to own one of your own; they are all available at affordable prices. These economical nanny cams will put a rest to all your whims. Now you don’t have to worry any more constantly about the childcare service that you have for your toddler.
Whatever your needs be it for professional or personal needs you are sure to find the model as per your choice in an affordable price under the online portal www.my-spycam.com. This site is so hassle free and simple with very easy navigation and within few mouse clicks you would have made your purchase. You can choose anyone from wireless to wired, indoor to outdoor from the various models available. To prevent intrusion or to keep an eye on the nanny they have it all. Make a wise choice by placing it in such a place that it is right in front of your eyes and the intruder won’t have a clue.

Bind it up and Wrap it in
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
As you probably know being the hardcore cigar enthusiast that you have become, the binders on a Cuban cigar play a major role in the overall construction of the Cuban cigar. They hold it together like a mother holding it’s first born baby. The binder is the real hero of your Cuban cigar.
It takes a decent amount of time to completely finish a Cuban cigar and have it all ready to go. Their are so many little things that need to be taken care of such as the wrapper and binder.
We are not talking about trashy crappy cigarettes here, this is a Cuban cigar my friend. A tradition that has many days of history behind it and a quite rich one too as I might say. After the binder, comes the wrapper that covers your Cuban cigars. A wrapper is essential for any Cuban cigar and so is the binder. Without these two objects, the whole process is just incomplete.
“Torecdores” or Cuban cigar rollers are well respected individuals and rightfully so. Rolling Cuban cigars is an art form that only the truly gifted can master. When you get a chance to go to Cuba, you must drop by at a Havana factory and see the miracle for yourself. It is simply mind blowing the sophistication behind each single Cuban cigar.
It is down right impossible to make a ‘good’ cigar without a binder. That is why when people try Cuban cigars, they are just so overwhelmed by the consistency. Cuban cigars are consistent throughout for a reason because it is a tradition that every one follows in Cuban and has been for a long time.

Traffic Generation Techniques
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
The importance of traffic cannot be overemphasized, and traffic generation techniques are of extreme importance to the future of your online business. Why? Because without visitors you might as well have no website at all.
The main reason you have a website is to get traffic. Let’s look at your website as though it was a physical store. It doesn’t matter what your products are, automobiles, books, furniture, or paper plates, if no one enters your place of business, you won’t be open for long. You must advertise your physical store, just as you must promote your online store. Traffic to your website is the same as customer walking in to your restaurant.
If the shoe stores does not have customers comming into the place of business, it will soon shut down, as with your online business if your are not receiving the website traffic that you need. You might be wondering how to go about getting this much needed traffic to your website. We will discuss four different ways of obtaining those visitors.
1. Search engines 2. Online advertising 3. Offline advertising 4. Word of mouth, or buzz advertising.
We are only going to discuss a couple of rarely used and less talked about traffic generation techniques, but they are very useful in obtaining the traffic that you need. You are probably famaliar with the mainstream ways of getting visitors, so we won’t discuss them because we don’t have the room.
Search Engines
This is not about SEO because you will have read all you can about that. It works if you know what you are doing, but generally not if you just follow instructions by rote. However there are ways to use search engines to get to your web pages.
Smart pages is one technique that is used. Smart pages are created using keywords that people use in order to get information on the web. You create as many of these pages as you can using different keywords. Your visitors never see these pages, even though the spider can find these smart pages when they search the web. There is software that you can purchase to create these pages so you won’t end up with duplicate webpages.
When a person does a search using one of the search engines, and they use a certain keyword. The keyword that the individual is looking for has already been indexed with your page connected to that keyword. So you would think that the person would be directed to your indexed page. But they are directed to the landing page that the software has been programmed for. You can create as many of these smart pages as you like, and the visitor is sent to whatever page the software is programmed for.
That is just one of many techniques that can be used to direct search engine users to your website when they are seeking information with which you can provide them.
Online Advertising
When advertising online there are a few option that a person can take advantage of. If you have a Facebook page, you can get free links from it. You can also get free links from your post that you put on Twitter. In my opinion the best priced pay-per-click option that you have is to go with Searchfeed. Searchfeed charges 1 cent for pay-per-click advertising, and that is a great deal compared to Adwords.
Classified Advertising
When advertising any product, any traffic that you can drum up is good traffic. Go to your local free newspaper, put an ad in it advertising your website URL. This has been proven to be a great technique for getting traffic to ones site. Sending out flyers through to mail, you can purchase mailing list on peel and stick labels of people that are interested in online business opportunities. Post cards are a great source of visitors to your website. Sometimes we forget that advertsing offline can be just as rewarding as advertsing online.
Buzz Advertising
Buzz advertising is a good way to promote your products. Get talking about your products and the benefits that they can bring, get your family and friends to do the same get the word out. Wherever you go drop a couple of your business cards, at the doctors office, the car repair place, pin a couple up at your local grocery store. The more your advertising is placed in front of people the more likely they are going to respond to it.
The importance of website traffic to your online business is critical and once you have tried the conventional advertising methods, try some of the traffic generation techniques outlined above: who knows? It might be what is needed to give your traffic a boost.
The importance of traffic cannot be overemphasized, and traffic generation techniques are of extreme importance to the future of your online business. Why? Because without visitors you might as well have no website at all.

Stopping drinking has just become easier
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
Alcohol abuse patterns vary. Some people get drunk every day; others drink large amounts of alcohol at specific times, such as on the weekend. It is common for someone with an alcohol or drug problem to call in sick for work on Monday or Friday. He or she may complain of having a virus or the flu. Others may be sober for long periods and then go on a drinking binge that lasts for weeks or months. Someone with alcohol dependence may suffer serious withdrawal symptoms, such as trembling, delusions, hallucinations, and sweating, if he or she stops drinking suddenly (”cold turkey”). Once alcohol dependence develops, it becomes very difficult to stop drinking without outside help. Medical detoxification may be needed.
What is a sensible drinking limit? If you don’t have any problems, it’s probably safe for you to drink a limited amount of alcohol without affecting your health. A sensible drinking limit for people who don’t have a problem with alcohol is: For men, no more than two drinks per day, For women, no more than one drink per day, For people over 65 years old, no more than one drink per day. If you have any problems with alcohol, ask your doctor how much alcohol is safe for you.
Each fall, universities and colleges across the country welcome a new batch of first-year students. And at this time, amidst choosing between “Human Anatomy 101″ and “Introduction to Economics,” or which fraternity party to attend, college freshmen will face choices involving a substance with an arguably ubiquitous presence on college campuses nationwide: alcohol. Some students may choose to stay away from alcohol, while others may decide to dabble.
People may have start drinking earlier and earlier in the day and they may also spend a lot of time drinking alone. The concerns of family members and friends go ignored and the preoccupation with drinking becomes more important than anything else. The person may be drinking and driving often. When a person drinks too often and too much the alcohol depresses the functioning of the brain. Some of the first things to become effected are emotions, judgment, and thought processes. When the drinking continues motor control takes a dive and the person experiences slurred speech, poor balance and slower reactions. The costs of alcohol abuse and addiction are high and many suffer. If you know someone who has a problem with alcohol abuse or addiction do everything you can to convince the person to get the assistance needed. Do not make excuses for the person or try to change the drinking problem.
Most of the time, alcoholics don’t know that alcohol has taken hold of their life. This is called the denial stage. Alcoholics feel that if they can get up and go to work everyday, even though secretly they have an excruciating headache, they don’t have a problem. But what keeps the alcoholic going throughout the workday is in knowing that after work, they’ll have those highballs or beers, which will in fact, make them feel like their old self again. The problem is, that’s not our old self, but our new old self on alcohol. You see, alcohol changes the person we are inside, not only does alcohol, with time, rot our insides, but it rots what comes from within us. What we do, how we treat others, and our spirituality. The potential to be a whole person has been put on hold because of alcohol. The booze stunts the mental capacities and impairs the ability to see the world clearly enough to get passed the weakness and mistakes we make in life.
The slurring phase of being drunk. The next parts of the brain that come into the firing line, the parietal lobes are affected at a blood alcohol level of approximately 0,10 g/100ml. Then your motor skills become impaired, you have difficulty speaking, you speak in slurred fashion (which oddly enough, you cannot hear yourself), you start shivering, and complicated actions become very difficult to execute (I always used to watched alleged drunk drivers trying to fasten their shirt buttons - an everyday activity that suddenly becomes as difficult as threading a needle). At the same time your sensory abilities are hampered. The can’t-see-properly phase or being drunk. If the occipital lobe is reached, the alcohol level is usually about 0,20 g/100ml. Your visual perception ability becomes limited. You have increasing difficulty to perceive movement and distance. Your depth perception becomes impaired and your peripheral vision decreases. If you now drive at dusk, you will have great difficulty seeing the little boy running after his ball, or your fellow drinking buddy, staggering by the roadside.
Craving alcohol is a complicated process that involves several different factors. We are usually first introduced to alcohol at a young age (in our teens). Since no-one under the age of 21 (in the US) is allowed to purchase alcohol, it becomes “cool” and desirable for young adults under 21 to give drinking a try. Later on people grab a bottle of booze to feel better, gain more confidence in a social setting or to forget about their problems. Since the alcohol makes them feel better, at least temporarily, they start to crave it.

Steps To Starting A Small Business
Thanks for visiting our WorldVentures site.
The steps to starting a small business online can be systematically approached. First determine weather you will be selling your own product or service or someone else’s. Since you will be building your business online you can also join a business opportunity such as an mlm and do extremely well.
If you promote a product or service that you love and are passionate about you will enjoy much long term success. If you follow the links at the end of this article you will be taken to my website where you will find many ideas for online businesses but make sure it is something you are passionate about.
Next you will need a domain name. Godaddy.com is as good a place as any to buy a domain name but you can do a search on google for domain names to find many others. Also choose a domain name that incorporates your company name. For example my domain name is: homebasedbusinesslegitimate.com and my online business name is Home Based Business Legitimate.
Next you need to create a website. Like me you may have never created a website so naturally you do not think you can. Well you can quite easily with the right tools. At the bottom of this page are some links to my website that I created for free in a few hours using a program by Yahoo. You can access it at web.com. Creating a website is key for online success. I tried to avoid doing it but now that it is done I wish I had done it at the very beginning.
You are well on your way to becoming the next internet millionaire so what is missing? Ah…traffic. You could have the cure for cancer and it would do you little good if you do not have people coming to your website to find out about it. The best way to generate traffic that I am aware of is writing articles. It is free and they will pay dividends for years to come as they move through cyber space. You can also use these same articles to add pages to your website which is very important as your customers like content.
After you write your first article you need to submit it so it gets out on the net. The best service I have found for this is Unique Article Wizard. You can find a link to their site by going to my website. With this service you will be able to submit an unlimited amount of articles each month to up to 9,000 different article directories and websites. A truly incredible service.
The last step I cannot stress enough is to write and submit an article two or three time a week. If you are consistent you will have long term success.
In conclusion, the steps to starting a small business online are to first decide what you are going to do. Next you need to register a domain name and then build a website. After this you need to market this website and the best way I know of is through writing articles and then submitting them using Unique Article Wizard.
